Josée is a career communicator. Since joining Third Door Marketing in 2022, she has helped organizations in Ottawa share their stories online, build connection with their audiences, and increase their brand awareness. From her beginnings in the public service in 2015 to the present day, Josée has dedicated her professional life to sharing complex messages in a simple, concise way.
CEO & Founder
In 2020, Rachel started a marketing agency called Third Door Marketing. In 2021, she created Third Door Franchises to help more Ottawa businesses grow their brand awareness. Previously, Rachel was a journalist whose work appeared in the Globe & Mail, Ottawa Citizen, and CTV News. Rachel is also the author of Maps for Makers: Systems & Stories for Changing the World.
